Alcuni temi molto belli nella colonna sonora di Final Fantasy IX che mi hanno particolarmente colpito sono Bittersweet Romance, una melodia suonata con strumenti molto semplici; Song of Memory, brano che troviamo anche prima del filmato finale, anch'esso molto semplice, che ricalca le note di Melodies of Life, suonato con uno strumento a corde e accompagnato dalla voce di Garnet (cioč della sua interprete!); Immoral Rhythm, tenebroso e coinvolgente, che accompagna alcune entrate in scena di Kuja; il Steiner's Theme, simpaticissimo, possiamo sentirlo quando questo personaggio, con tutto il peso della sua armatura, entra in azione; Beatrix's Theme, a mio parere una splendida melodia, un po' triste, che raffigura quella che č l'atmosfera di Final Fantasy IX, un po' medievale, un po' fantasy.
